Refund Policy

1.      
A product will be refunded in full if it is deemed inedible  or is contaminated,  dependant on purchase date.

2.       
To  refund a customer  the following information will have to be supplied. 1)Name and address. 2) Description  of product and packaging. 3)Best before date on base of bag or box.

Photographic evidence of the problem  will be required

A customer has the right to return goods within 7 days of purchase providing the packaging has not been opened or tampered with. A full refund will be given if the products are returned within 7 days. The cost of the return carriage must be paid by the customer.
