Subscription FAQs – your options explained:

Select this option if you need your Pimhill cereal sooner than planned. We will send a subscription order now, while keeping your existing future delivery and payment dates unchanged.

Select this if you would like a cereal delivery to be sent straight away and for your subscription schedule to restart from today. Your future deliveries and payments will be calculated from this new date.

Choose this if you would like to miss your next scheduled payment and delivery, while keeping the rest of your subscription active. Your regular schedule will continue after the skipped cycle.

Use this option to bring forward your next subscription order and payment immediately. This is ideal if you’re running low on your Pimhill favourites and would like your next delivery sooner than scheduled. Your future subscription dates will then continue based on your normal subscription settings.

Select this option to update your subscription preferences, including the choice and the quantity of cereal in each delivery and your renewal date. This gives you greater flexibility to tailor your subscription to your needs and ensure deliveries arrive at the most convenient time for you.

Select this option to update the card or payment method used for your recurring subscription. Keeping your payment details up to date helps avoid missed deliveries or failed payments.

Choose this option if you no longer wish to receive your regular organic oat cereal deliveries. Cancelling stops future orders and payments, but it will not affect any order that has already been processed or dispatched.

Use this button to update the delivery address for your subscription. This is helpful if you have moved house, want your cereal sent to a different location, or need to make sure your next box reaches the right place.
